On the morning of June 23, the reporter learned from the press conference held by the Information Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government that the Second Conference of Great Business Partners (“CGBP”) and International Summit on Innovation and Development for Youth Entrepreneurs (“ISIDYE”) would be held online on June 30. According to Liu Tiandon, Secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, ISIDYE had already been successfully held twice in a row, realizing the transformation from a key conference of the year to a branded regular conference for "investment promotion and talent recruitment", which always highlighted the philosophy of “project first”. ISIDYE had gradually formed a "closed loop of work" throughout the chain by establishing platforms, expanding social networks, introducing projects, providing high-quality services.

As Liu Tiandong said, ISIDYE sources projects based on the “1+3+1” mode, with “investment promotion and talents recruitment” work stations in six provinces and municipalities, namely Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Sichuan, to connect important guest resources accumulated by the local chamber of commerce, the alumni associations and the previous two editions of summits. It also organizes summit investment promotion classes to carry out substantive investment promotion activities, and builds a broad-coverage “1+3+1” investment promotion mode which is “based on workstations, supported by chambers of commerce, alumni association members and guests of the summit, and with the investment promotion classes throughout the whole process”.

ISIDYE introduces projects to match the industrial orientations of the cooperative industrial parks in the province, sets up task forces to follow up and coordinate, focuses on last year’s promoted projects and new projects, strengthen the connection with municipal investment promotion departments, and analyzes the orientations and key points of investment promotion of 61 parks in Jinan, Qingdao and other 6 cities to settle the projects accurately. Up to date, ISIDYE has facilitate the signing of 46 projects, the scale of which is 114.35 billion yuan. Among these projects, 29 are already under construction, with a scale of 48.115 billion yuan.

Furthermore, ISIDYE facilitates projects with assistant service, showing Shandong's new image of seeking changes for prosperity and the favorable environment which emphasizes and supports business. In order to overcome “financial difficulties”, we work hard to help projects gain greater support from fiscal resources at all levels, policy funds and other capital funds, and innovate investment and financing channels by deepening the matching and cooperation between banks and enterprises. In order to solve the problem of “slow progress”, we stick to the process that special cases should be handled with special methods and urgent cases should be handled immediately, and actively coordinate the meetings and talks between the leaders of such cities as Jinan, Qingdao, Weihai, and Rizhao and entrepreneurs to settle the signing and implementation of projects.
